Q. When will the prices for the travel go down?

A. Rates are dependent on the major travel suppliers, and there is no sure way to determine if and when prices will go up or decrease. Experience has shown that usually prices may decrease as the departure date gets closer, however the space may be lost. Our advice is to book when the price is right for you and the space is available.

 

Q. If the prices decrease after I have booked, can I get the cheaper price?

A. Once the booking has been made it is 100% non-refundable and non-changeable as per the suppliers booking conditions that you are instructed to review before booking. If the prices change after the booking there will be no fare increases or rebates to your booking.

 

Q. What should I do if there is a problem with my booking?

A.You should dial the number that is shown on your receipt, and a person will help you with any problems that may have occurred.

 

Q. How will I get my ticket?

A. You can pick your ticket up at the airport, at our office, by printing the E- ticket, or having us courier the tickets to you. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your ticket delivery.

 

Q. Will I have to give my credit card information over the internet?

A. Yes, your credit card information will be transferred over the internet. All of the transactions are protected by SSL technology which encrypts the information before it gets onto the internet. Use of your credit card on the internet is just as safe as using your credit card at your favorite restaurant or to purchase gas for your auto. The rules regulating credit card usage on the internet is the same as using the credit card for other utilities. You would be responsible for no more than $50 in the event of fraud.

 

Q. Am I getting the best price for my ticket or vacation?

A. Our prices are competitive to all other prices offered by other online booking agencies, and we provide service that is second to none free of charge. If you see a lower price please give us a telephone call.

 

Q. I found a better price for a flight than the one shown on your website. Why is this?

A. We only show available seats or vacation packages that are available. It is possible that price you have seen is sold out. It is also possible that you have seen a special fare that is being offered by a re-seller that has already purchased tickets from an airline are re-selling them to the public.

 

Q. I know that an airline has a flight at a certain time, how come it is not listed with BestBuyHolidays?

A. Because our booking engine shows availability in real time, we will only show available seats. If the flight is sold out it will not be displayed.

 

Q. Why should I book with BestBuyHolidays?

A. If at all possible we will meet other supplier’s prices. Not only that, we provide superior service that is second to none at no cost. Client service is what got is to where we are today, and word of mouth advertising is our biggest source for new clients.
