There are three options that you can take to complete your travel arrangements
1. Book Online using our Secure Server
Our online booking process is completely secure, and we will provide you with many travel options at discounted prices that you can take advantage of from the comfort of your own home. All of the available options and pricing on our website comes directly from our featured suppliers with which we have a preferred agreement. Our booking engine provides only live pricing and availability, and you can be confident that you are getting the latest prices and that the product you request is available. All transactions take place in a secured environment, and we use state of the art 128 bit encryption to access our servers. At any time during the booking process, please feel free to contact us for further information.
2. Book by phone
If you feel more comfortable talking to a person to complete your booking, please call us at any time and we will handle your booking for you. If you would prefer to first find the package of your choice, simply follow the step by step process. When you find the package, airfare, or other travel products print the information as a reference, then contact us at one of the numbers indicated above.
3. Book in person
Please visit us at our Office at any time. We would be most pleased to meet with you and help you with your holiday planning. Hours of operation at our Ottawa office during the week are from 9am to 7:00pm (EST) and on Saturday 10:00am to 04:00pm. Walk-in reservations can be paid by credit card, debit, cash, certified cheque or money order.
What information do I need to book a reservation online?
In order to make a reservation on-line or over the phone you will need to have the following information available:
- The date and location of where you wish to travel.
- The names of the people traveling as they appear on their passport or other identifying documentation.
- The mailing address where we will send our invoice and/or tickets.
- A valid major credit card.
