Our Ticketing Policy

Once you have completed your booking in our secure environment, you will be provided with a confirmation form as part of your on-line process. This form is your receipt and/or reference number so please print it out. An e-mail from us that contains all of the required information will be sent to the address that you have provided.

Ticket delivery and documents

We offer the following options for receiving your tickets and documentation:

1. Charter Flights & Vacation Packages

Generally when your departure date is within 14 days from date of booking, all tickets and vacation package documentation must be picked up at your departure city airport. Go to the ticket counter of the Tour Operator indicated on your confirmation form no less than 3 hours prior to your scheduled departure time. When picking up your documents please present your confirmation form (although not required, it speeds up the process) that that you printed after the purchase of your tickets or vacation package. These instructions apply to most Airline tickets issued for flights on charter air carriers such as SkyService, Air Transat, My Travel Airways, or Thomas Cook Airlines, and are provided through Tour Operators such as Sunquest Vacations, Alba Tours, Signature Vacations, or Air Transat Holidays. Our agents will provide you with the specifics.

2. Electronic Tickets

Most of the airlines have the ability to process e-tickets. However due to the complexities surrounding e-ticketing, one of our agents will contact you to advise whether or not your airline ticket qualifies as an e-ticket. As a general rule, e-tickets are only accepted for flights within North America and parts of Europe. If an e-ticket is available from the airline with whom you have made your reservation, we will notify you by e-mail or by phone and provide you with the details.

3. Your Ticket Delivery Options

  • One of our professional agents will contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss the ticket delivery option preference indicated by you in the on-line process. It is mandatory that you pick up your tickets at the Airport for all Charter flights and Vacation Package bookings made within 14 days of departure. Tour operator imposed fees may apply for departures originating outside of Canada and are payable locally.
  • E-Tickets - We can not guarantee that the air carrier with whom you are booked can processes e-tickets, and they may not be able to do so for flights to your chosen destination. However, please choose this option as your preferred option and one of our agents will contact you to discuss the details.
  • Office Pick up - This option is available for Charter Flights and Vacation package documents provided that the booking has been processed no less than 21 days prior to departure. All other Airline Tickets are available for office pick up unless e-tickets have been mandated by the Airline with whom you are booked. If you choose this as your preferred option one of our agents will contact you to discuss the details.
  • Courier - When possible tickets can be sent by overnight courier service to the address specified in the on-line process. The following charges will apply and will appear on your credit card as a separate charge.

- Within the Ottawa area: $15CAD

- Within Ontario: $20CAD

- Rest of Canada: $25CAD

- USA: $30.00CAD but may vary by state.
